3. Booking and Cancellation

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. Cancellation policies:

• 30+ days notice: Full refund minus administrative fee
• 14-29 days notice: 50% refund
• Less than 14 days notice: No refund

4. Safety and Conduct

Participants must:

• Follow all safety instructions
• Respect other participants and facilitators
• Disclose any relevant health conditions
• Arrive on time for scheduled activities

5. Liability

While we take all reasonable precautions to ensure safety, participants engage in activities at their own risk. We are not liable for:

• Personal injury during activities
• Loss or damage to personal property
• Force majeure events
